How many hours sleep should I get each night?
The recommended sleep amount varies based on age, gender, individual needs, and other factors. Most adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep per night. Teenagers and children typically need about 10 hours of sleep per night, but this number decreases as they grow older.

Do I need to eat before working out?
No. It doesn't matter what you eat before going to the gym. You might be hungry after a workout, so you may want to snack on fruit or yogurt.
Can I eat while I'm exercising?
Yes. You can eat what you like while you work out. Choose low-calorie snacks like watermelon. These foods provide nutrients that improve your performance during exercise.
