In this season the Goldbergs encounter a number problems. This includes a house fire and a visitor named "Pops". Solomon is the cause of many of the antics within the family. When the Goldbergs invite him to move in with them, it's soon too much for the family to handle. They search for a compromise that allows them to still live at home, but enjoy his presence.
