The game Ring Fit Adventure uses Nintendo's motion control controllers to track and convert your movements into game actions. It's part of the company's ongoing effort to create fitness-oriented games.

The Ring-Con (a ring inserted into one Joy-Con), and the Leg Strap (a fabric strap attached to the thigh) are the two physical components of the ring. The accessories are designed to measure movements and translate them into action in the game.

Ring Fit Adventure will keep you entertained and motivated to do more than ever. It is also a wonderful addition to any gaming collection. With over 100 levels spread across 20 different worlds, Ring Fit Adventure is a unique way to get into shape without even having to leave your living room.

How it works

Ring Fit Adventure features a story-based mode in which you must explore the world to fight off enemies and save an animated magical ring. Along the way, you'll unlock new exercises and a new difficulty level to increase your success in battles.

You can unlock each exercise at the beginning of a new level. As you complete each workout, you will earn experience. Use your character’s enchanted power to change colors in battle. This increases strength and makes the character more difficult for opponents to defeat.

How it works

To play the game, you will need both the Ring-Con attachment and the Leg Strap which comes with the cartridge. The Ring-Con fits around your arms, and the Leg Strap sits on your thigh to track your movements as you run, jog and do other exercises.


You can also customize your workouts to focus on specific muscles. There are exercises for every part of your body, from your legs and chest to your arms.
